Visiting St. Patrick Parish: OttawaChurches.ca

Last month, a local website, OttawaChurches.ca (a site everyone should check out), published an excellent article by Christopher Adams about our parish. It shares the story of his first impression coming to Mass at our church following the restoration work and sacred art completed last fall. What strikes you as you read it is that while the church looks beautiful, it is the vibrant and active community that truly paints the colors people see when they are here. In no small part, this is thanks to the many amazing volunteers who work tirelessly to make our parish what it is.

Everyone working in the parish office andand the parish council would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to all the people in our community who make parish life vibrant and welcoming—from ushers, lectors, and Eucharistic ministers, to altar servers, the choir, the Knights of Columbus, the Catholic Women’s League, the Legion of Mary, and so many more.

Your dedication, time, and generosity bring our community together and make every celebration possible. We are truly grateful for each of you!

Our parish is such a fun place to be, to volunteer, and to feel a part of. If you aren’t involved yet, what is keeping you? There’s a place for everyone to share their gifts and be part of the life of our community.
