On Tuesday, March 25, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary, when the Angel Gabriel announced to the Blessed Virgin Mary that she would conceive and bear the Son of God. In honour of this great feast, the Legion of Mary will lead a Rosary for Peace on Earth following the morning Mass.
The Rosary will be prayed outside at the Grotto of Our Lady of the Fields, offering our prayers through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary for peace throughout the world. This gathering will replace the usual morning Rosary devotion that normally takes place before Mass.
Everyone is warmly invited to remain after Mass and join in this prayer. In the event of inclement weather, the Rosary will instead be prayed inside the church.
