Directions
From downtown:
- Take Highway 417 west to Highway 416 south
- At Exit #66 – take Fallowfield Road west
- Continue on Fallowfield Road past Moodie Drive
- Turn right on Steeple Hill Crescent (there is a United Church on the the corner)
- Continue driving along Steeple Hill Crescent until you see St. Patrick, Fallowfield on the right.
From Kanata/Stittsville:
- From Eagleson Road, turn left onto Hope Side Road.
- Turn right onto Old Richmond Road.
- At Steeple Hill Crescent, turn left. The church is straight ahead.
From Barrhaven:
- Follow Fallowfield Road west past Moodie Drive.
- Turn right on Steeple Hill Crescent (there is a United Church on the the corner).
- Continue driving along Steeple Hill Crescent until you see St. Patrick, Fallowfield on the right.

Office Hours:
The office is open Tuesday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.Parking is available in the lot at the front of the church or in the lot behind the church. Please note the street signs regarding on-street parking.
The entrance to the office is off the parking lot at the back of the church There is no direct OC Transpo service to the church.
