Our Pastoral Care Ministry is committed to offering compassionate support to those in need, especially the sick, elderly, homebound, or anyone facing personal hardships. Guided by the teachings of Christ, we provide a listening ear, spiritual guidance, prayerful companionship, and the delivery of Holy Communion for those unable to attend Mass.
Through home visits, hospital outreach, and phone calls, our volunteers bring comfort, encouragement, and a sense of community to those we serve. If you or someone you know would like to receive pastoral care, including Holy Communion, we invite you to register below.
